Where exactly is the Playa Vista pickup?
Our base is in Playa Vista near Runway, the neighborhood's main retail street. Your confirmed booking carries the exact meeting details, and we send them with your trip so the address is never buried in an email thread.
I'm landing at LAX. Pickup or delivery?
Both work. Playa Vista is about ten minutes from the terminals by car, so a rideshare to pickup is quick and included in your rate. If you are staying at an airport or El Segundo hotel, delivery to your hotel door may cost less than the round trip to us.
Can I return the car somewhere else?
Return plans are agreed with your trip. The default is the same Playa Vista base; if you need a different arrangement, raise it before checkout so the handoff is confirmed in writing.
