How LAX delivery works.
1. Reserve and choose LAX delivery
Pick your car and your pickup and return times in Los Angeles local time, then select LAX delivery. The delivery fee for your validated meeting location appears in the full total before payment.
2. Verify and add your documents
Create your account, verify your identity with Stripe and pay securely. Upload a current insurance ID card and declaration page; our team approves them before pickup.
3. Meet the car near the airport
Your booking carries the agreed airport-area meeting point. Terminal curbside handoffs are not promised. Check in from your phone by photographing the car and recording the odometer.
4. Return, photograph, done
Meet at the agreed return location, take the condition photos, record the odometer and complete checkout on your phone.
Who can book, and how payment works.
- Drivers must be 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license.
- An account and identity verification with Stripe are required before the trip.
- Bring your own full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental cars. Upload your insurance ID card and declaration page after booking; they are approved before pickup.
- You see one total before payment: the rental, applicable 3+ day discounts, taxes, selected extras and the LAX delivery fee.

Where do I meet the car at LAX?
We confirm a permitted airport-area meeting point with your trip. Do not assume a terminal curbside handoff; use the meeting details in your booking.
Can I select an arrival time?
Yes. Choose pickup and return dates and times in Los Angeles local time. Leave room for baggage collection and the journey to your meeting point.
Who can book LAX delivery?
Drivers 21 or older with a valid driver's license. You create an account, verify your identity with Stripe and pay before the trip, then upload your insurance ID card and declaration page. Our team approves the documents before the car is handed over.
Which cars can be delivered to LAX?
Any car listed in our Los Angeles fleet can be booked with LAX delivery, subject to availability for your dates. Each car page shows its photos, seats and included daily miles.
How do I return the car after an LAX delivery?
Return plans are agreed with your trip. The default return is our Playa Vista base; if you need a different return arrangement, raise it before checkout so it is confirmed in writing. At return you photograph the car and record the odometer from your phone.
What does delivery cost, and is my address covered?
Delivery is available for an additional fee within our service boundary. Exact address validation at checkout determines eligibility and price. We do not deliver to the Valley, Orange County, east of Downtown LA, or beyond PCH and Topanga Canyon. Neighborhood names do not guarantee that every address is covered.
