BUILT IN HOUSE

The systems behind the fleet.

We built Try Day Club’s booking platform and internal tools around the work of running rental cars in Los Angeles. Our team uses them to manage the fleet and review performance with owners.

A calendar for every car

We manage reservations, blocked dates and vehicle availability in one calendar. That helps us plan handoffs and keep maintenance time clear.

Pricing with context

Our tools compare rental-market rates and let the team set prices by date. We review demand and trip length when planning rates for your cars.

Revenue and recorded costs

We track completed rental days, earned rental revenue and logged vehicle expenses. The team can review each car and export reports to discuss results with you.

A record of each handoff

Booking details, signed agreements and inspection photos stay with the trip. Private documents are available to the customer and authorized operators.

Where bookings come from

Our internal analytics connect website visits and booking steps to campaign channels when measurement is allowed. We use those reports to review which channels bring bookings.

A reason to book again

Club Points, referral links and direct booking give customers a way back to the fleet. We can help you plan a repeat-customer offer around your costs.

BEFORE YOU JOIN

Questions from owners.

Can I rent out my car while I travel?

Yes, you can apply for managed hosting during a period you choose. We review the car, condition, ownership permissions and rental coverage, then agree on availability and responsibilities before listing it.

What does the management team handle?

We discuss listing preparation, pricing, customer communication, pickup and return, inspection records and reporting. The agreement sets out parking, cleaning, service approvals and who pays each cost.

Can you help me get rental insurance?

We can help you prepare vehicle information and work through rental-insurance options with a provider. We review both on-rental and off-rental needs. Coverage and eligibility must be confirmed before the car is listed.

How much can my car earn?

We review rates, availability and expected costs with you before you commit. Your agreement sets the management fee or revenue share and payout schedule. Income depends on bookings and costs, so we do not promise a fixed return.

I already run several rental cars. Where do I start?

Use our fleet-owner onboarding page. We will review your current operation, coverage, listings and plans for repeat-customer bookings together.
